Delete your AquaFit Coach account

You can permanently delete your account and all data associated with it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open AquaFit Coach and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@aquafitcoach.com from the address you registered with, subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, password hash)
• Saved exercises, custom plans, workout history, streaks and progress records
• Any health data you synced to your account (steps, heart rate, calories)
• The link between your account and your purchases

What is kept

• Purchase and billing records are held by Apple / Google and by our payment processor (RevenueCat) for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law. They are not linked to a usable profile after deletion.
• Data you have written to Apple Health / Health Connect stays on your device under your control; remove it from those apps if desired.

Active subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel them in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
